Can I walk through the snow with the boots? Are the shoes waterproof?

All Bearefoot winter models are suitable for use in snowy conditions. The warm inner fur keeps your feet cozy during your winter walks.

Can I do sports like running, basketball, tennis, hiking with Bearefoot shoes?

Our barefoot shoes are suitable for all sports - the barefoot concept minimizes strain on your feet and reduces the risk of injury. The breathable material also helps prevent excessive sweating.

Are the shoes suitable for the gym?

100%! Whether you're deadlifting, squatting, leg pressing, the zero-drop allows your feet to stay flat and improves balance & athleticism by forcing stabilizing muscles to work!

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive a confirmation for my order?

Order confirmations are sent immediately after purchase. If you do not see it, check your spam folder as sometimes it gets sent there. If you do not see it in either folder, you may have entered the wrong email, if so contact us immediately so we can update it so you can stay updated through the process! If the email is correct and nothing is in your spam, please contact us via email so we can figure out the situation.

I entered the wrong address or incorrect customer information when ordering - can this be corrected afterwards?

If the shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately so we can update it before the shoes are shipped. Once the delivery is dispatched, we cannot change delivery details as they have been handed over to our shipping partners. Please check all details/address before completing your order to avoid delivery delays or problems.

Should I get Shipping Insurance?

To ensure your package is protected, choose the 'Shipping Insurance' option during checkout. We will handle any costs and promptly ship a replacement if your package is lost or damaged.

Where will my package be shipped from?

Depending on where your located is where the shoes will ship from! Orders are prioritized and shipped from our main warehouse in the US. If your desired item is unavailable in the main warehouse due to high demand, it will be shipped directly from our factory to minimize waiting times and ensure swift delivery of your package.

How do I track my order?

Once the shoes have been shipped you'll receive a tracking number that updates when periodically. 

When do my shoes get shipped?

Orders are shipped 1-2 days after purchase. During busy seasons like the holidays, this can take 2-3 days. We ask that your patient as we work diligently to get orders out ASAP!

How long is delivery times?

Depending on where you're located, delivery times are typically 10-14 days. During times of high demand this may be longer but we can assure we optimize getting orders out ASAP. You can always check where your order is at using your tracking number.

What should I do if I'm not going to be home when the shoes are delivered?

If the shoes have not been shipped we can change the delivery date on our side but if they have been sent no worries, you can reach out to your local courier and request special instructions! 

Exchanges & Returns

How do I return my order?

If for whatever reason you're unsatisfied with your order, you can of course return your order/parts of it. Please note that we can only take back and refund shoes that are clean, odorless and in original condition. Refunds are not available for dirty, worn goods as they are no longer suitable for sale. To initiate a return, please notify us via email. We will promptly provide you with all the necessary information.

Do I have to pay for the costs for a return?

Regrettably, as a start-up, we currently cant afford to cover the entire cost of return shipping. Furthermore, we aim to minimize delivery and return routes to protect the environment. We offer ways to help with the situation, if you would like to return the shoes, please contact us via email. We appreciate your assistance.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days after the shoes have been received to return the item(s).

The shoes are great but I got the wrong size, how should I proceed?

To make a size exchange request please contact our customer support team. Provide details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, including your desired size/color & we'll inform you how to proceed.

 I love the shoes but I need a different size, how should I proceed?

No problem! Simply contact our customer support team, let us know your desired size & color & we'll gladly exchange the size for free. Upon inquiry we'll provide instructions.

All orders come with a 6-month warranty. Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards and our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new products.
